I am having trouble with the package and deployment wizard that comes
with MS Visual Studio 6.0.

I can create packages and install them fine on XP but not on 2000
(Pro). During the deployment there is a message that says that the
system files on the target machine are outdated and needs to be
replaced. If you respond Yes to that, it goes and does something and
asks you to reboot, but nothing happens.

Is there a work around for that or an alternative or third party
deployment system that you would recommend.
