In case you were wondering about NetVault:
Support costs on this product are 18% of the LIST price of each item on your
final invoice. That's for the 8 hour a day 5 days a week support. It's 23%
for the 24/7 contract. The company does not offer time-and-materials
support.
If you want a new release or a patch or a temporary license key and don't
have a support contract, it'll cost 10% of the list price for the product in
question.
It's a nice product and works well, but very expensive to maintain.
