Text2Speech is a powerful but lightweight text to speech application for 32-Bit windows written under the GNU General Public License (GPL). It features direct use of the Microsoft Speech Engine, using either Microsoft or High Quality 3rd Party Voices.
It is definately worth a download just for a laugh at hearing your computer say rude words every 10 seconds.
