I'm looking for a copy of a Lientz and Swanson paper "Software
Maintenance: A user/management tug-of-war" which was appraently
published in "Data Management" Vol 17 Issue 4 in 1979. I have had
precisely zero luck in finding an electronic copy of it. Furthermore
it doesn't look like the British Library holds copies of "Data
Management", although it could just be the terrible search system
preventing me finding out, I don't even know who it is published by.
Does anyone know where I can get hold of a copy of the article?
